This batch highlights the CGLE-17 variety, developed by Granja la Esperanza, a hybrid of Caturra and Gesha. Grown at an altitude of over 1,650 metres, this naturally fermented coffee reveals an explosive, juicy, tropical cup. From the outset, generous candied strawberry asserts itself, followed by lively, exotic passion fruit acidity, while lime zest brings a vibrant, lemony freshness to the finish.
