Finca La Soledad is a 120 hectare cloud forest farm in Ecuador’s Intag Valley, with 5 hectares dedicated to high quality Typica Mejorado, Gesha, and Sidra. Run by Pepe Jijón and his family, the farm follows a biodynamic approach guided by lunar cycles and a deep respect for nature. Pepe also roasts and distributes coffee locally, with a lab and roastery at origin offering a unique perspective on quality and craft. Before coffee, he was the first Latin American to solo climb the Seven Summits. Today, he's channeled that spirit of exploration into producing exceptional coffee with a strong commitment to the planet.
