Garden of Eden Farcent belongs to the Ruya Yacu Cooperative, located in Villa Rica, one of the central coffee-producing regions of Peru. The cooperative is made up of 230 smallholder farmers, and over 30 years of coffee-growing history. This lot of Gesha process with double anaerobic washed to enhance its flavor complexity. The cherries were fermented with their pulp in sealed tanks at 18–22°C for 14 hours. After depulping, the cherries went through a second fermentation for 24 hours, followed by washing, drying, and hulling.
