Description

Mulugeta Muntasha is a supplier and has been in the coffee industry for 15 years. He works with about 300 farmers in Bursa kebele, Arbegona woreda in Sidama region and produces the 74158 variety of coffee. Farming at an altitude of 2350 meters above sea level the farmers practices organic farming. Annually, Mulugeta collects ripe red cherries from the farmers, which amounts to a total of morethan 1,200,000 kilograms. Now, as Bursa Coffee enters a new era, it welcomes the next generation into its fold. Degefu Mulugeta, Muntasha's son, brings fresh perspectives and a deep-rooted passion for the craft, poised to build upon the foundation laid by his father. Together, they envision a future where Bursa Coffee not only continues its legacy of excellence but also explores new avenues for growth and innovation.
