Hacienda El Roble is located in the town of Pitalito, Huila, at an altitude of 1,800 meters. The farm has been producing specialty-grade coffee for the past six years. Dionel named the farm in honor of the ancient oak trees that still stand proudly on the property. He lives and works on the farm with his wife and two daughters.
