Ethiopia Gesha Village Lot 44
Description
Whole beans from the farm Gesha Village, Gesha 1931 varietal in natural process. 2025 is a small crop for Gesha Village. Our first impression after roasting was it tastes like a Forêt noire, a bit of chocolate with a lot of strawberries and raspberries. When it cools down it tastes slightly more fermented. In general quite sweet coffee.
