Jamison’s coffees have earned top honours at coffee competitions around the globe, with the combination of the terroir and his commitment to processing continuing to set global standards for quality and consistency. This lot has undergone a Carbonic Macerated Natural process, known as 'Symmetry'. In the cup this results in a flavour profile including notes of strawberry, watermelon and cherry.
