Beneficio La Chumeca is a fourth-generation, family-run Costa Rican micro-mill producing eco-friendly, experimental natural microlot coffees through innovative fermentation methods and regenerative farming in Tarrazú. This lot is a naturally processed Geisha microlot from La Chumeca’s Montanita de San Francisco farm, grown with meticulous lot separation, with flavour notes of cherry liqueur, mango, and yoghurt.
