Farmers here cultivate a mix of Ateng, S795, Sigararutang, and P88 varietals, each contributing their own nuance to the cup. This lot is processed with the classic Full Washed method, where cherries are carefully pulped, washed, and fermented before being dried under the sun. The approach highlights clarity and smoothness, allowing the coffee’s natural sweetness to shine through. The result is a cup that glides gently across the palate with notes of Caramel and roasted Hazelnut, finishing in a creamy texture that lingers.
