This coffee comes to us through a completely new supply channel. As our exploration of Huila deepens, we are diversifying our sourcing networks to gain better access to new coffees and producers. While quality will always fluctuate year to year, we remain committed to the incredible potential of southern Huila—and to celebrating the seasonal diversity that makes each harvest unique. Pink Bourbon is a relatively new variety being grown primarily in and around Huila, Colombia. The variety has been identified genetically as an Ethiopian Landrace, but unfortunately, we cannot be any more specific as to its origins until there is a larger genetic database.
