This natural heirloom lot showcases everything we love about Ethiopia. Ripe cherries are carefully handpicked, sorted, and dried on raised African beds under the sun, where they are regularly turned to ensure even drying. The attention to detail in the process preserves the delicate floral aromatics while building layers of fruit-forward sweetness. The result is a vibrant and elegant cup.
