This lot comes from the farm of Irham Junus, who is the owner and operator of Jagong Mill. Together with his daughter Ina, they have focused on producing high-quality lots and training coffee producers to improve harvest and processing standards. Selective harvesting of ripe cherries is still uncommon in Sumatra, but the Junus family has full control over the processing, drying, and classification of the lots, up to the final export stage. In the cup, it presents sweet, fruity notes like red apple, spicy notes, damp earth, and cacao nibs.
