Finca Los Nogales, cared for by the Hernandez family in Pitalito, Huila, tells a story of resilience and outstanding coffee. Suldery comes from this farm and is named after Oscar's mother. We visited Oscar in 2023 to meet him and his family and see the processing facility designed by themselves. We were inspired by the family's story of coming together after a tragedy to preserve their father's coffee legacy. Today, the family uses innovative approaches in engineering and sustainability farming to bring out the best profiles from their beans.
