The Hacienda Las Mirlas has over 50 years of history in coffee cultivation. The current owner, Mr. Alberto, along with his son and daughter, oversees all aspects of the estate's planting, processing, and sales. Initially, Las Mirlas focused solely on cultivating the Yellow Colombia variety. About a decade ago, they began introducing varieties such as Pink Bourbon, Cenicafé, Papayo, Geisha, Java, and Chiroso, diversifying the estate's offerings and better aligning with the current specialty coffee market.
