**Benjamin Paz Geisha 2025** Origin: Honduras<br/>Producer: Benjamin Paz<br/>Farm: La Salsa<br/>Region: El Cedral<br/>Varieties: Geisha<br/>Process: Washed<br/>Altitude: 1680 m.a.s.l.<br/>Flavour Profile: Jasmine, Cherry & Wild strawberry<br/> Benjamin Paz is an important figure in the specialty coffee industry. He comes from a family of coffee producers and owns his own farms as well as working at San Vicente, which is a family-owned dry mill and export company. Fuglen has been working with Benjamin since 2020 and some of our personal friendships go back to 2012. He has visited us several times here in Oslo, enjoying coffee, sharing meals, and hosting presentations for our staff on coffee production in Honduras. Benjamin decided to buy his own farm in 2015 and has been producing coffee there since. The farm is 3,5 hectares large, and Benjamin has planted Pacas, Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai and Geisha varieties. Benjamin has been producing Geisha coffee since 2021 and is a two-time winner of the prestigious Cup of Excellence award (2023 & 2024). We are proud to be able to work together with such a dedicated producer and friend! We buy this coffee directly from Benjamin. *What is Friends of Fuglen Limited Edition?* Friends of Fuglen is a special, limited edition coffee release that highlights one of our producer friends that we have been partnering with for many years. We aim to tell the story of our friends and our relationship with them through a special coffee that they have produced. These coffees are available in varying quantities, but all are limited, smaller lots that are carefully roasted and packaged to reflect their value and importance.
