Tasting Notes
Description
Origin: Oaxaca, Mexico Producer: Small producers Variety: Typical and bourbon Process: Mountain water decaffeination Altitude: 1500 - 2000 M.A.S.L. Cup note: berries, dried raisin, milk chocolate, caramel Our signature decaf - Nightcap, is grown in Monte Albán, Mexico, near the city of Oaxaca. We partnered with Caravela to source this coffeee from producers who prioritise quality and sustainability. This lot is produced by small-scale, organic-certified farmers who focus on excellence and responsible practices. This coffee is processed using mountain water, which is first saturated with coffee flavors but without caffeine, and then added back to the beans. The result is a coffee that is consistent and sweet, which in the case of Monte Albán, showcases notes of milk chocolate and caramel, with hints of berries—perfect on its own or with milk.
