From the slopes of an extinct volcano, ‘Mount Elgon’ coffee comes straight into our cups and mugs. The taste is <strong>creamy and cinnamon-y</strong>. The base of this flavour profile is <strong>walnut</strong>, with all its inventory - such as a <strong>slightly buttery texture</strong>. This is complemented by the classic<strong> bitter chocolate</strong> of this roasting profile and the result is a sweet and aromatic coffee, straight for coffee machines and moka pots. The 250 women who make up the Friends of Mothers Initiative community contributed to the creation of this coffee. Together, they are creating sustainable livelihoods for rural communities by providing the highest quality coffee, as well as supporting the emancipation of women; empowering them on farms through best agricultural and entrepreneurial practices.
