The first of our Guatemalan offerings this season comes from the Tinamit Toliman co-op. The co-operatives 26 members farm in the mountains encasing Lake Atitlan in the Southern Highlands of Soloa. This lot is sweet fruity, and a bit boozy. Notes of peach and pineapple with a jammy mouthfeel.
