With X blends for competition, we try to explore the harmony between different coffees. We firmly believe that a Blend can create a new taste, improve an exceptional coffee that has a weak attribute such as a lack of acidity, and above all, allow you to compose like a chef, expressing a singular vision of coffee. For this first series, we took a remarkably complex geisha, with floral and lime notes, and paired it with a dense-bodied, sumptuously textured natural coffee, with red and tropical fruits.
