When it is hot, you will get hints of jasmin, very soft and sweet and a little bit of passionfruit. When it is cold, it will stay very jasmine and sweet. Resting began on February 29, 2024.* We got to visit three of Lamastus farms during our trip to Panama in February 2024. Elida Estate is a beautiful farm, it is not small but they are very rigorous about their lots, the processing, the drying. You can visit every part it is clean, the lots well tracked. Wilford and his so-called dream team is tremendously serious in order to produce the best coffee their terroir has to offer. They cup altogether with the passing guest roasters, rating every single lot they have. In the farms, local varieties of fruit trees grow, providing tree tomato, lulos. The families working at the farms can also benefit from biogas systems turning the farm waste into gas, providing them energy to run their homes.
