Hacienda La Esmeralda is a legendary coffee farm in Boquete, Panama, renowned for producing world-class coffees. Celebrated for its high-quality approach and meticulous cultivation, it helped redefine specialty coffee on the global stage. This lot, Fundador 4 WB, was harvested on January 29th, 2025 from Hacienda La Esmeralda’s Cañas Verdes farm. The coffee cherries were then taken to the mill in Palmira, where they were depulped and fermented for 48 hours before being slow dried on raised beds for 25 days.
