Finca Gascon is located in Antigua, Guatemala - founded by Gildardo Contreras, it is now overseen by his son, Felipe. It is here that they grow this Gesha varietal, which undergoes a hybrid washed process. The cherry is pulped before being fermented, then the mucilage is removed and fermented further. The combination of cherry and process results in an exceptional coffee.
