Bali Full Washed Orange, Chocolate, Juicy Mouthfeel On the volcanic slopes of Kintamani, Bali, coffee trees grow in harmony with orange groves at around 1,300 meters above sea level. The rich soils and intercropping traditions of the region give the cherries a brightness and character unique to this island. This lot is made up of Kopyol and Lini S varietals, processed using the Full Washed method. After careful handpicking, cherries are pulped, fermented, and washed clean before drying in the open air. The result is a coffee that emphasizes balance, structure, and clarity in the cup.
