This stunning coffee comes from Sidama, which consistently delivers expressive and flavour-intensive profiles. It has a special round of flavour-intensive on our cupping tables. This lot comes from Alo Coffee’s farm at 1,900 MASL from a processor that got global recognition through 1st and 5th place in the 2021 Cup of Excellence. Cherries are hand-picked, sorted, and directly dried on raised African beds. The process brings out Ethiopia’s signature floral and fruity notes with exceptional clarity. We roast to highlight the natural sweetness and complexity of this coffee, revealing flavours of Lavender, Prune and Blackberry.
