Indonesia Frinsa Edun - a unique lot from Java island. Frinsa Estate is located in West Java, founded by Wildan Mustafa and his wife Atiek in 2010. Interestingly, Frinsa farm uses the Indonesian language "Bahasa" for the names of its lots, and "Edun" means "crazy". This is truly an anaerobic "crazy coffee" that was fermented for 72 hours without oxygen access with the addition of lactobacilli, which gave it bright tropical descriptors and a dense, rounded body.
