Los Pirineos Pacamara Washed
Tasting Notes
Description
<h4>History</h4> <div> <meta charset="utf-8"/> This is a very limited release from Diego Baraona, whose family farm is recognised for pioneering work with rare varietals and experimental processing. We are now in our fifth year working with Los Pirineos. Pacamara is one of their signature varieties, and this washed lot shows exactly why.</div> <div><br/></div> <div>Grown at 1400 masl, it is elegant and complex with notes of red grapes, mandarine and black tea.</div> <div><br/></div> <div>Diego has visited us twice in Copenhagen, and our own visit to the farm in 2023 only strengthened our relationship. This lot was a clear standout on the cupping table this year, and one we can't wait to share with you!<span style="font-family: futura-pt, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"></span> </div> <div><br/></div> <div><br/></div> <h4>Specifications<br/> </h4> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td><span>country</span></td> <td>el salavador</td> </tr> <tr> <td> <meta charset="utf-8"/> <span>region</span> </td> <td>usulutan</td> </tr> <tr> <td><span>farmer</span></td> <td>diego baraona<br/> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <meta charset="utf-8"/> <span>variety</span> </td> <td>pacamara<br/> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <meta charset="utf-8"/> <span>process</span> </td> <td>washed<br/> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <meta charset="utf-8"/> <span>altitude</span> </td> <td>1400masl</td> </tr> <tr> <td>tasting notes</td> <td> <meta charset="utf-8"/> <meta charset="utf-8"/> <span>red grapes, mandarine, black tea</span><br/> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p><br/><br/></p>
