Did you miss our Fellow Drop on December 29? Well you're in luck! This is the release of our ultra-limited gesha from Wilder Lazo and one of his flagship farms, Dinastía. Expect huge florals and an incredible array of tropical fruits and strawberry. The aroma is absolutely intoxicating — this is sublime coffee. Don't miss out; this will sell out rapidly. We have a tiny handful of bags available as espresso too! This coffee's special intrigue stems from a series of careful processing steps. First the pickers selected the ripest cherries, then floated them to remove debris or missed underripe cherries. Then they were pulped, leaving approximately 50% of the mucilage. The coffee was then anaerobically dry fermented for 48 hours, washed, then dried. The parchment-coffee was then sent to Desarrolladores de Cafe, where Nikolai and team milled, color sorted, hand sorted, and then vacuum packed it for us. Countless steps and many participants contributed to this explosively delicious coffee.
