We are honored to offer this coffee produced by none other than the Queen of Cofinet at Finca Maracay at 1450m.<br/>Doña Luz Helena Salazar is the mother of Felipe and Carlos Arcila, founders of Cofinet, and the wife of Don Jairo Arcila.<br/>This Caturra variety coffee, a variety native to Brazil, from the Minas Gerais region. It is a mutation of Red Bourbon, with Caturra being more disease-resistant than the latter.<br/>The preparation of this lot begins with the hand-selection of cherries to choose those that are at their perfect point of ripeness, free from defects. It is sun-dried on raised beds, controlling the temperatures for the best possible result.<br/>Notes of Grapes, Cacao Nibs, Brown Sugar.
