La Galera is part of the main farm, El Puente, owned by our dear friends, Moises Herrera and Marysabel Caballero. This lot is located at 1500 masl and the geisha trees are carefully taken care of to produce the quality coffees we receive. Geisha trees are more delicate and require more fertilisation to have better yields. The Geisha variety from El Puente exhibits the characteristics why many coffee drinkers value this variety so much. It is elegant, delicate and complex.
