The Landrace Blend is a La Esmeralda research project that began in 2007. Over 400 Ethiopian heirloom varietals were planted on their farm at 1750 masl. Each year they are harvested and analyzed, and the highest-scoring beans are selected for the annual Landrace Blend. We chose this coffee for our winter edition because its balanced, sweet profile will please everyone around the table, while also exciting coffee enthusiasts with its delicate floral nuances.
