Fincas Herrarte, Santa Rosa Variety: Geisha washed, 1600-1800 m This Geisha is produced by the Herrarte family, who have been growing coffee on their farm in Santa Rosa since 1892. All cherries are picked and sorted by hand. They are then depulped, fermented in tanks and afterwards washed and dried on patios. We got to know Isabel Herrarte and her coffees at the World of Coffee in Milan in summer 2022 and are delighted to have one of her wonderful geishas in our program for the second time!
