Run by Edmundo Alvear, his wife, and three generations of his family, Finca Las Brisas farm was first started during challenging economic times. Thanks to the collaboration of his father, brother, and himself, the family now owns 10 hectares of a specialty coffee farm, and these high-quality Bourbon Ají beans showcase their dedication to quality. During our 2023 visit, Edmundo showed us new drying facilities and the additional specialty coffee varietals he's now able to invest in.
