@killbean.roaster x ELSEWHERE đŁ Looks like weâve hooked a big one⊠Introducing GONE FISHINâ. Weâre thrilled to team up with our pals over at Killbean Roastery for this special collaboration - a chance to taste both of our roast profiles of a rare âriver-washedâ coffee from the world-renowned ALO Coffee, grown in the misty highlands of Sidama Bensa, Ethiopia. Grown way up high (2500-2650m), the altitude, quality of the beans and the technical processing all contribute towards an intensely aromatic cup bursting with florals, ripe fruit, a bright berry acidity and a layered sweetness that brings incredible clarity and depth to the cup. The unique processing name 'River Washed' refers to the initial stage in a four-part experimental processing technique. During this phase, the beans are sealed in grain pro bags and placed in a cool, flowing stream, where controlled fermentation takes place over the course of three days. This is also why it's called Gone Fishin' in case you didn't know đŁ.
