Ben has recently started exploring different brew methods at home and wanted a coffee that would work hard across espresso, pour over and stovetop whilst retaining a smooth, consistently balanced characterful profile. We landed on a washed coffee sourced from Hortencia Victoria Berrocal and her husband Mauricio Ortíz, producers of exceptional coffees at their family farm, Puquiopampa in Peru. With buttery notes of almonds, figs and brown sugar, you’ll land a killer brew by any means, at home or on the go.
