Urisar Ferneldy is a newcomer to our portfolio, but his coffees have quickly gained popularity among our customers thanks to their complex and sweet flavour profile. El Paraiso Farm, Huehuetenango Region, Guatemala. Coffees from young producer Urisar Ferneldy are the latest addition to our offering. Bourbon variety processed using the classic washed method with extended fermentation and subsequent drying on African beds. Coffee dose: 20 g, temperature: 94 °C, water weight: 330 g and extraction time: approx. 4 min. We recommend letting the coffee rest, use bottled water and quality burr grinder.
