Roasted by Ditta Artigianale, IT
Tasting Notes
Description
This single-origin coffee comes from the prestigious finca Sumava de Lourdes, located in the West Valley region of Costa Rica, an area renowned for its ideal altitude and unique pedoclimatic conditions. Grown at 1600 meters, this lot of the SL28 variety is processed using the fully washed method, which highlights the cleanliness and brightness of the aromatic profile. In the cup offers an extraordinary balance: the lively acidity of lime blends with the soft sweetness of maple syrup, while the presence of black grape adds depth and a delicate fruity complexity. An elegant, bright coffee, perfect for those seeking a clean and refined cup.
