Komakase offers a unique and intimate coffee omakase experience, showcasing some of the world’s finest specialty coffees. Each course is carefully curated to highlight distinctive brewing methods and flavor profiles. From the very beginning of Datura, it has been a true pleasure working alongside them. For this occasion, we’ve selected a stunning natural lot from Janson. An aromatic profile of remarkable intensity. Ripe sweet passion fruit leads the way supported by delicate white florals that bring elegance and complexity. A beautiful note of pink guava jam adds texture and depth, while bright citrus, reminiscent of bergamot, creates vibrant layers. The mouthfeel is creamy when hot, turning juicy as it cools. A dynamic, complex cup with crisp acidity and a tropical character. Harvested on February 04th, 2025 Process Dried on Patio 11 days
