This year’s Christmas coffee is a washed Bourbon from producer Axel Palacios and his family farm Los Suspiros, located near Palmira in La Libertad, Huehuetenango. Axel is a fourth-generation coffee farmer and part of the Rosma Coffeelands project, which he runs together with his childhood friends, the Morales brothers. Sweet and balanced. Notes of nougat, cocoa nibs, and plums.
