Los Naranjos - El Salvador
Tasting Notes
Description
Why you might like it Body and sweetness are the ingredients for the success of this coffee. Beautiful and elegant fruity note on the nose reminiscent of banana. Calling this coffee sweet is truly an understatement: I would say almost cloying, with an initial impactful taste note of acidity reminiscent of blueberry. It then evolves into an impressive sweetness that denotes the sensation of ripe red fruit, so much so that it can confuse our minds with the perception of being in front of a wild berry extract. Medium/high body, excellent structure, and a juicy mouthfeel. The surprising final note of brown sugar, reminiscent of a cereal bar, makes our coffee decidedly balanced and pleasant. A true El Salvador, with unique flavors and tastes that convey a sensory experience different from the usual, to try and live. As always, Central American coffees never disappoint: they are an absolute certainty, a hug that warms your heart in a period of cold and ice.
