Gesha Village is one of the most celebrated coffee producers in the world. With the goal to be the most environmentally conscious coffee farm in Ethiopia, Gesha Village has consistently produced competition quality coffees while looking after the land and local people. We tasted a dozen or more samples this year and time after time, landed on this naturally processed lot over the more experimentally processed options. We enjoyed the clean, sweet, floral and fruit forward characteristics. We felt it was more true to terroir, which is always the goal when selecting coffees. We aren’t fans of too much ferment or intervention during processing. This is a very limited release so act fast :) Freshly roasted beans make great coffee. Our coffees are roasted every week, nitrogen flushed and vacuum sealed.
