WE have been serving Liberica since 2016, long before its current hype. In 2022, we expanded our capacity to spearhead our very own Liberica project. Confetti is the first drop of our 2025 crop. Ripe cherries were fermented in PE bags for 120 hours then dried in 2 phases. Phase 1: cherries were dried for 3 days then stored in PE bags for 2 weeks. Phase 2: slow-dried until they reached 12% moisture.
